love seeing my students hunger for knowledge, they want more and gluttonly eating everything .. but i prefer those who eat sensibly and enjoy whatever i give them then and sometimes vomit it out if they feel uneasy (eventhough it is delicious).. those i respect more..
its a passion.. indeed.. it goes well with writings..
Study is not easy. It is a process as complex as writing, and not everybody is a gifted writer but yet you can improve to be better because it is not solely a product, it is a process. You can develop by having correct practices. Dedicating time and efforts are crucial in school. In this article, you are going to read few on:
Time efficiency and class preparations:
Selecting your classes (by knowing which are compulsory and elective) is your first step towards controlling and managing your time. You can get that information either from handouts, websites of form your own adviser. Before you choose any class, knowing the time is important in order to avoid any clash to other class. Secondly, it is important as well to know about the requirements of class such as types of assignments. This is to avoid being overwhelmed and overloading your class schedule. Thirdly, does your course has prerequisites? This is like taking and passing other compulsory courses before you can be admitted. You can ask your adviser regarding this.
Your Lecturers expectations:
These are the do’s and the don’ts:
Respect them, don’t lie to them, tell the truth if you have a problem rather than make up an obvious lie, come on time, finish assignments and be prepared for test, wait to be called on (if you have questions), participate in classroom discussion(it shows you are focusing on the lectures).
The Don’ts:
Don’t talk when someone is talking. It shows no respects, don’t distract other from their work such as listening to CD,Mp3 loudly. And don’t ever cheat on papers, tests or homeworks.
